Yuuki is on the smaller side for a German Shepherd (15inch neck) and the team was able to accommodate to her needs and she and I were so excited to sport her new forever collar!

After ordering and realizing I had gotten a collar that was a little too big, Alpinhound was able to send me out a new collar that was the perfect size and even mentioned making one that would custom fit if the smaller size was too small for my dog. Luckily the new collar fit perfectly. Customer service was excellent and the collar is so well made!
