Clean your collar and locate your original order ID. (You can find this on your email or physical receipt or by logging into your account and viewing past orders.) Or you can email us at info@alpinhound.com and we can track down your order number. We cannot work on dirty gear, so please make sure to clean everything as best you can.

Enter your Order ID, your Collar Size, and your Choice of Webbing on the below form and purchase your fi-3 Collar upgrade. Print your receipt and include it with your return package.

You are responsible for the cost and shipping of your collar to us. Please consider insurance and/or requiring a signature when you send us your collar as we cannot be liable for lost or stolen packages.

Once we receive your collar, expect about a 7 day turnaround time before we ship it back out to you. We will be replacing the webbing and will be re-using your original hardware and will be adding new fi-3 clips.
