HOW LONG WILL MY PRODUCT TAKE TO FULFILL?

All Alpinhound products are assembled in the USA by us in-house which helps us keep the quality and integrity of our brand. Because of this, our pre and back ordered products can take up to 1-2 weeks to make before they are shipped out . However, If the item is in stock when you purchase, it will ship within 2-3 business days. We show stock levels on all my products.

When we launch a new collection or run a sale, that time frame can get pushed back to 2-3 weeks depending on the volume of sales and if the products were pre-made.We're striving to Increase our productivity and shortening our time frame and we hope to eventually be able to send products out much quicker than our current time frame.

GENERALLY THOUGH...

We ship all items out as fast as we can, and most orders go out within 2-3 business days.

BUT AS A RULE OF THUMB...

All in-stock product orders will ship within 3-5 business days. Estimated ship date for pre or back-ordered items is available upon request.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification along with any tracking information available.

DELIVERY TIMES ONCE SHIPPED

Within the US: allow up to 5 business days via USPS First Class
International: allow +/- 10 business days via USPS Priority or USPS First Class
