I ordered the EVO collar with the Fi Series 3/3+ upgrade and a custom 1x4 patch with my dog's name without realizing that the EVO only has room for one or the other. Greg upgraded my order to the Odin (which fits both) before I even realized I had made a mistake and included a personal note in the package. This is the best quality and craftsmanship I've ever seen in a dog collar and the best customer service I've had in a long time. Thank you Greg and Alpinhound.
