I got the Fi 3 Cobra Odin Collar for my Service Dog and it looks great. Customer service was awesome in helping me get the order place right and everything went smooth. I would buy from them again.

Packaging was the first thing I noticed. Clearly, they pay attention to detail. Second, the collar is super cool. My dogs actually look like pros.

We absolutely love the Cobra EVO collars (Fi ready). We had other collars in the past that were less durable (plastic buckles) and also allowed us to take the Fi off for charging without disabling the collar but they didn’t hold up to our 70lb lab and 65lb pit mix at play time. The attention to detail on materials and craftsmanship sets alpinhound apart from the pack. As dog fosters, we see a ton of dogs, and collars, and these are our favorite collars ever.

I used a Fi dog collar and the Fi device snapped, as my dog hit the end of the lead chasing a deer off my property! (Fi replaced it) After struggling to find a collar to attach my Fi device and not risk having it snap again, I found Alpinhound through the Fi website! I could not be more pleased with the quality and design of the Alpinhound's Fi compatible collar where it is made using one continuous loop with quick release buckle. I Also appreciated the excellent customer service by Greg, the owner, through his prompt replies to email, who after I gave him the specs for my dog's neck size, he came through with a very quick turnaround time! Check them If you need a high-quality collar!
