These buckles are ideal for paracord watch bands. I have made and I wear eight of them and never had a buckle fail. They are easy to get on and to remove. These are very high quality and unique buckles. I have always had fast delivery with Alpinhound.
This collar is a great replacement for the standard Fi collar. It’s less stiff, is super stylish, the cobra buckle is secure and a must have for my big dog, and the custom-made length makes for a perfect fit!
This was our first time buying these collars as they were recommended to us from one of our family members. We got 3 total, 2 XL and 1L for our three pups. All three have issues unlatching and just falling off the dogs. I'm not sure if that's how they were designed or if it's just a flaw. Besides that they work decent enough, I just think they are a bit expensive for what they are.
Very sturdy design and love the buckle. Love the ability to use the Fi tracker and it’s not an essential part of the collar (like the OG Fi collar)

We found these a few years back and sticking with this brand/product. Only issue is my dog likes to roll around the ground and that scratches the lovely finish on the metal.
I love this collar for my big breed dog. With the cobra clasp I'm sure the collar isn't going to come loose or break. Added benefit of being easier for my arthritic hands to secure. I purchased this for my Fi and unlike some others on the market if the Fi detaches the collar is still secure.
Alpinhound collars are the best. They are super sturdy and you don’t have to take the collar off to charge your fi. This is our second (new fi generation) and we love them.
The patch is made with the same ruggedness as the cobra collar. It serves me great when Porkchop does not have his Service Animal vest. I am happy with my purchase.
It's truly a significant upgrade from the Fi3 collar. This collar feels indestructible with most of the weight coming from the buckle. Porkchop is quite the adventurer, so a collar made with Cordura was a no-brainer. Above all else, the customer service is second to none. I mistakenly ordered the collar big and the team at Alpinhound was able to resolve this issue by resizing the collar. Absolutely amazing. Thanks a bunch to G.T for helping me in sending the collar back and resizing it to a custom fit. I truly cannot fully express my gratitude for such an amazing product.
