ALPINHOUND PRODUCT WARRANTY

MATERIALS & WORKMANSHIP – All of my products are made to the highest standards using only the finest materials and manufacturing processes. My warranty covers flaws in workmanship and materials (not including naturally occurring attributes of our leathers or damage from chewing) that occur during normal use. Send the flawed product back to me and I’ll replace it with the same or comparable model. Contact me at alphadog@alpinhound.com to initiate the warranty process and if possible send photos of the product in question (in some cases returning the product may not be necessary). DO NOT DISCARD FLAWED OR BROKEN PRODUCTS…I WILL NEED TO SEE THE PRODUCT TO DETERMINE IF IT IS ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY.

WARRANTY INFO

I want your dog accessories to last a long time!
Each Alpinhound item is handmade by me in Snoqualmie, Washington. I use only the best materials, and I expect them to last. Scratches and slight fraying are considered normal wear and tear over time. (Fraying can be easily remedied by using a candle lighter against the frayed material.) If your nylon webbing is showing its age or worn but the metal parts are still looking great, I encourage you to try out my Recycling program!

I currently ship internationally to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, and most European countries.

For all other international orders, please email me at alphadog@alpinhound.com and I will do my best to add your country.

Please note: I cannot refund shipping charges on international returns due to high shipping costs. Please make sure to double check any sizing and let me know if you have any questions before placing your order.
